Most of the times, evolution is chronic. Atopic dermatitis affects first of all children but it may occur at any age. Studies show that 10-20% of the children and 1-3% of the adults present a form of atopic dermatitis, and the incidence of the disease has an increase proportional to the degree of development of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diagnosis of atopic dermatitis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atopic dermatitis is a condition whose etiology is not fully known. It is considered to be a condition provoked by several factors that include: - side effects of vaccines; \u2013 hereditary or familial predisposition; \u2013 skin toxicity with various cleaning or care products; \u2013 immunological anomalies; \u2013 stress and mental exhaustion; \u2013 hay fever, asthma or allergic predisposition; \u2013 allergy to certain foods or products; \u2013 local or systemic use of immunosuppressive drugs (antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, etc.) Being an atypical condition, diagnosis is decided based on a detailed medical history of the patient, based on careful observation of the lesion and eventually based on the microscopic analysis of the samples collected from the skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treatment of atopic dermatitis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As treatment we commend the topical use of Epitelin cream 2-3 times per day, up to the disappearance of the lesion.
