The relationship between the parties is governed by the Consumer Protection Law (G.O. 21/1992), the E-commerce Law (Law 365/2002), and G.E.O. 34/2014. EXHELIOS reserves the right to update the website content, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Promotions are valid subject to stock availability and within the specified timeframes.
USER: the person who accesses the Website and has accepted the Terms and Conditions. CUSTOMER: any individual over 18 years of age who holds an Account, places an Order, and acts as a Buyer. ORDER: the electronic document through which the Customer expresses their firm intention to purchase. SALE-PURCHASE CONTRACT (electronic form): a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer. COURIER: the delivery/courier company chosen by the Seller. NEWSLETTER: periodic information sent electronically. SELLER: S.C. EXHELIOS® S.R.L.
The website is intended for individuals over 18 years of age. EXHELIOS reserves the right to select available products, run campaigns, and modify prices. Access may be restricted in the event of harmful conduct or a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
The website caters to individuals; legal entities must contact EXHELIOS by phone or email. Delivery within Romania is carried out via courier: orders under 100 lei – 24 lei shipping fee (covered by the Client); orders over 100 lei – free delivery. Delivery time is 1–3 business days from confirmation (excluding cases of force majeure). Payment is made via CASH ON DELIVERY (COD). Currently, we do not ship outside Romania to individuals.
The price is set for each product and includes VAT. The price in a completed and confirmed order is fixed and will not change, even if promotional campaigns are carried out subsequently.
The contract is deemed concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation via email. The transfer of ownership and risks occurs upon delivery of the package, subject to full payment.
Unauthorized operations on the Website are punishable by law. User comments must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, or defamatory. EXHELIOS does not sell products intended for purchase by minors.
In the event of a breach involving intent or gross negligence, EXHELIOS is liable for direct and foreseeable losses. The maximum liability towards the Customer is limited to the total price of the order. EXHELIOS is not liable for viruses, cyberattacks, phishing, or website downtime. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account data and for the accuracy of the information provided.
All marketed products are accompanied by a DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY certifying compliance with internal standards and those mandated by national/European authorities.
The Terms and Conditions and the Contract are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be resolved amicably or by the competent Romanian courts at the registered office of EXHELIOS.

EXHELIOS may collect non-personal information (browser type, operating system, domain of origin) to improve the user experience.
The entire content of the Website (logos, graphics, symbols, images, text, multimedia content) is the exclusive property of EXHELIOS. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or modifying it without prior written consent is prohibited.
EXHELIOS may send Newsletters, respecting data confidentiality. The User/Customer can refuse or opt out of receiving them at any time.
EXHELIOS keeps data provided through browsing, order placement, and contract execution confidential, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure or a fortuitous event. If the event lasts longer than 30 days, either party may notify the termination of the Contract by right.
If a clause proves void or unenforceable, it will be replaced by a valid clause as close as possible in meaning. The invalidity of one clause does not affect the validity of the others.
